The position was good and response to issues was acceptable. The iced water in the entry was great and the restaurant was good. Unfortunately, the cheaper Little Georges was disappointing with very average food.

Awesome quiet place with beautiful territory. Rooms a cozy and very fresh, featuring coffee maker and a nice bathroom. The hotel has no proper restaurant, but there is a lovely hall with an open fire, that is just incredible in winter. And there is a really nice gourmet restaurant in 3 min walk.

The location was excellent and Reims was easy to drive into. The room was perfectly functional- we had a fantastic night’s sleep - the bed was really comfortable. The valet parking staff were lovely (we arrived and departed at peak business but they were so polite & helpful).

The location is amazing right by the cathedral. They have parking near by but a valet does everything for you including the unpacking and bringing to your room. The room was a bit compact by nice nevertheless even with a baby in tow. We only stayed one night and didn't use the spanor had breakfast so I can't comment on that.

We love this hotel. The staff are smiling and helpful. The restaurant is exceptional, the food is delicious and watching the cooks and the waiting team prepare and serve dinner is like watching a ballet. The position is magical, directly opposite the cathedral.

The hotel was in a great location across from the Cathedral. The entrance was lovely and the greeting from the staff was friendly. There was enough staff so there wasn't a waiting period to sign in or ask questions. The room was clean and newly updated with light blocking curtains and a large tub/shower. Equipped with a upscale restaurant and spa, this hotel has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We came to see the town during Christmas. The Christmas village was within walking distance about 13 minutes. The Cathedral was lit beautifully and surrounded by pretty Christmas lights.

Drinking cocktails and dining in front of the Notre-Dame de Reims is an experience to be cherished. The menu at the Restaurant - La Grande Georgette - is exceptional but often booked out. If you want to eat there (as the hotel will warn you), please be prepared to reserve in advance. The staff are great and the concierge service very helpful. There is a tourist information center just round the corner. The location is very central and easy to navigate. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom beautifully appointed. Three days here passed very smoothly.
